BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certificate for Lux Cubes in Berlin!

We are delighted to announce that Lux Cubes in Berlin has been awarded BREEAM certification in the ‘Excellent’ category. This award highlights the building’s outstanding sustainability performance in the areas of environmental management, indoor environmental quality and sustainable material selection.

The office building covers 30,500 m² and is part of the LUX Berlin Quartier, which consists of a total of 4 buildings and approx. 90,000 m². The historic buildings have been converted into modern offices and are located in the immediate vicinity of the well-known Warschauer Strasse in Berlin.
