Fully leased Millerntorplatz
Full occupancy achieved at MILLERNTORPLATZ Hamburg
OFFICEFIRST has reached full occupancy at Millerntorplatz 1 in Hamburg for the first time. The building complex, which forms the gateway to Germany’s most famous street, the Reeperbahn on St. Pauli, has recently attracted further well-known tenants with long-term leases, so that all space is now let. The latest leases include burger restaurant Five Guys, Arbeits-Express Management GmbH, air and sea freight specialists Kerry Logistics and logistics company Röhlig. Other tenants in the building complex, which covers a total of 37,000 sqm, include Hamburg Team, Goldbeck Parking, Deutsche Rentenversicherung and also the Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
The building at Millerntorplatz 1 is certified according to the international sustainability standard BREEAM and is currently undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment. Among other things, all glass roofs are being refurbished and the 39 elevator lobbies are being given a new design. New color and lighting concepts will also further modernize the building’s interior.
The building’s lobby and main entrance area have already been modernized. In the process, the building’s two atriums facing the Reeperbahn were built over, creating additional rental space.
