New tenants and long-term contract extensions for more than 8,000 sqm at OFFICIUM in Stuttgart-Vaihingen
The OFFICIUM office building on Liebknechtstrasse in Stuttgart-Vaihingen continues to enjoy great popularity among users.
For example, contract extensions were agreed with various long-standing existing tenants, some of which involved an increase in space. In addition, new contracts were signed with companies from the software, industry and construction sectors, resulting in contracts for a total of around 8,300 sq m of rental space. This brings the occupancy rate of OFFICIUM to 95 percent.
The prestigious property consists of three interconnected buildings, each of which is accessed via spacious entrance areas. The components have a total office space of approx. 25,000 sq m. A special and widely known feature are the large window fronts of the buildings, which provide a bright working atmosphere. The OFFICIUM is characterized by the very good transport connections, the proximity to the Stuttgart interchange and the A8 and A81 freeways, the Stuttgart trade fair center and Stuttgart airport. The S-Bahn stop S-Vaihingen with the lines S1, S2 and S3 is only about 100 m away.
