The office building, built between 1994 and 1998 as headquarters for Allianz, is located in the Alt-Treptow district of Berlin. Located directly on the Spree River, it is part of the Mediaspree submarket, one of the most dynamic and attractive locations in the German capital. The property was leased to Allianz until June 2019. Following extensive modernization and revitalization of the building, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2022, the new tenant will move into the modern space.
