The office building, which was built between 1994 and 1998 as the headquarters for Allianz, is located in the Alt-Treptow district of Berlin. Situated directly on the River Spree, it is part of the Mediaspree submarket, one of the most dynamic and attractive locations in the German capital. The property was let to Allianz until June 2019. Following extensive modernisation and revitalisation of the building, which was completed in 2023, the new tenant, Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund, has moved into the modern space.
